Job summary

Pace is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the Customer Product Stewardship Team in Minnesota. You will review, organize, and summarize documents and prepare reports and assessments to support regulatory compliance and product safety initiatives.

The role emphasizes the ability to handle multiple projects, strong communication, and a foundational understanding of hazard communication and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science
• 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred
• Experience with chemical databases preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly
• Understand hazard communication and regulatory compliance basics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases and chemical database systems
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all systems
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation
• Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels
• Create and/or evaluate reports to ensure regulatory compliance in division activities
