Job summary

Pace is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support the Customer Product Stewardship Team. You will review and compile documents from internal and external databases, help maintain product level data, and prepare hazard summaries and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related science, 0–5 years of experience in document handling, and strong written and verbal communication. Strong multitasking and project management skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science.
• 0-5 years of document preparation, archiving, or storage experience preferred.
• Experience with chemical databases preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases, Chemical database management systems
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all Systems
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation
• Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels
• Create and/or evaluate reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities
