Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support the Customer Product Stewardship Team by reviewing and organizing documents, compiling reports, and supporting regulatory compliance efforts. A Bachelor’s degree in a related science and strong communication skills are required.

The role involves managing multiple projects, working with chemical databases, and preparing hazard summaries and labels to ensure product safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science is required.
  • 0-2 years of document preparation, archiving, or storage experience preferred.
  • Experience with chemical databases preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases, Chemical database management systems.
  • Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all Systems.
  • Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation.
  • Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels.
  • Create and/or evaluate reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities.
