What We Do
The Regulatory Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and developing regulatory reports and data solutions at ServiceMac. This role involves understanding business processes, interpreting customer requirements, and developing meaningful analyses and reports for regulatory purposes. Candidates should have experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL in a controlled environment.
• Create ad-hoc reports and stored procedures for production reporting.
• Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.
• Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business units to define requirements and validate reports.
• Test reports for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy.
• Maintain and test production reports regularly.
• Assist in documenting reports, data dictionaries, and reference materials.

What You'll Bring

• 1-5 years of recent experience as a data analyst or related role in finance or banking.
• Formal SQL training or certification.
• Proficiency in SQL, preferably Microsoft T-SQL.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with Mortgage Servicing and MSP platform is preferred.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $75,975 annually. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
