What We Do

The Regulatory Data Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day production, maintenance, and development of regulatory reports and data solutions at ServiceMac. This role involves understanding business processes and data, interpreting customer requirements and specifications, and developing meaningful analysis and reports for ServiceMac and its clients' regulatory requests. Qualified candidates will have a proven background in data mining, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do

1. Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL in a controlled, production environment.
2. Create ad-hoc reports for regulatory requests and stored procedures for production reporting.
3. Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.
4. Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
5. Collaborate with multiple business units to define requirements and validate report results.
6. Perform tests for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy using standard methods and subject-area knowledge.
7. Maintain and test production reports regularly.
8. Assist in developing documentation for existing reports, data dictionaries, and reference materials.

What You'll Bring

1. 1-5 years of recent experience as a data analyst or related role in a financial or banking environment.
2. Formal SQL training or certification.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably Microsoft T-SQL.
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
5. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Experience with Mortgage Servicing or familiarity with MSP platform is preferred.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $75,975 annually

This range is an estimate of the base pay at the time of posting. Compensation depends on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and location.
