What We Do

The Regulatory Data Analyst will be responsible for the daily production, maintenance, and development of regulatory reports and data solutions at ServiceMac. This role involves understanding business processes and data, interpreting customer requirements, and developing meaningful analysis and reports for ServiceMac and its clients' regulatory requests. Candidates should have a proven background in data mining, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do

1. Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL in a controlled, production environment.
2. Create ad-hoc reports for individual regulatory requests and stored procedures for production reporting.
3. Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.
4. Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
5. Collaborate with various business units to define requirements and validate report results.
6. Test reports for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy using standard methods and subject-area knowledge.
7. Maintain and test production reports regularly.
8. Assist in documenting existing reports, data dictionaries, and reference materials.

What You'll Bring

1. 1-5 years of recent experience as a data analyst or related role in a financial or banking environment.
2. Formal training or certification in SQL query language.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably Microsoft T-SQL.
4. Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
5. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, peers, and management.
6. Experience with Mortgage Servicing and familiarity with MSP as a mortgage servicing platform is preferred.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $75,975 Annually

This range is an estimate based on job requirements, skills, experience, and location.
