Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ private practice or in-house legal experience in financial services or regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of U.S. AML and sanctions compliance programs.
• Understanding of U.S. financial products in crypto.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal Department and management on regulatory litigation matters and relationships with U.S. government agencies.
• Support responses to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews related to AML and sanctions programs.
• Provide guidance in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sensitive legal obligations in the U.S.
• Support regulatory filings, investigations, remediation efforts and enforcement matters as needed.
