• Advise U.S. government agencies on procurement, contracts, pricing, audits, and compliance, balancing business objectives with regulatory risk.
• Provide strategic counsel on federal/state government programs, including Medicaid, VA/DoD procurements, and research agreements with the U.S. government.
• Evaluate pricing/contract implications of complex commercial strategies and participate in Commercial Pricing Committees.
