Responsibilities
  • Lead organization‑wide regulatory readiness efforts for agencies such as The Joint Commission, CMS, and state licensing bodies.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen policies, processes, and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate mock surveys, readiness activities, and accreditation preparations.
  • Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive quality outcomes.
  • Conduct clinical record audits and monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports, action plans, and communications for regulatory agencies.
  • Educate and support multidisciplinary teams on new and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key resource during surveys, helping showcase the exceptional care our teams provide every day.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current RN or RRT license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • At least 1 year of regulatory or compliance experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
