You will build control assurance frameworks, test controls, manage remediation, and deliver metrics and dashboards across the organization. The role requires 8+ years of financial risk experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within large financial institutions.
• Experience coordinating control testing engagements and remediation efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in building a framework for control assurance testing across key business processes.
• Conduct control testing, document processes, test effectiveness, and identify gaps.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, manage schedules, and drive consensus.
• Partner with risk leads to track remediation status and progress.
• Develop reporting/dashboard infrastructure for operational risk metrics.
• Generate firm-wide risk reporting and metrics for senior leadership.
