Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, property operations, asset management, or government program administration.

Responsibilities

• Review participant files to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor documentation, certifications, and recertification activities.
• Prepare and submit reports to government/regulatory agencies.
• Conduct file audits and identify corrective actions.
• Partner with operational teams to improve compliance performance.
• Deliver training and provide compliance guidance to field personnel.
