DHL eCommerce is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to administer, audit, train, and continually improve TSA, Dangerous Goods, and related regulatory programs. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards while supporting new business onboarding and operational changes.

The position emphasizes developing policies, leading audits, and communicating KPIs and management reports to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in TSA, Dangerous Goods, IATA, DOT, or regulatory administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee TSA and DG compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
• Evaluate compliance issues, determine corrective actions, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, training materials, and awareness communications.
• Serve as the regulatory subject matter expert and support resolution of compliance inquiries.
• Lead audits, assessments, and compliance reviews to validate program effectiveness.
• Manage regulatory records, reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Support regulatory compliance with new business, customer onboarding, and operational changes.
• Prepare and communicate compliance KPIs, metrics, and management reports.
• Foster a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned.

Job Summary

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in TSA, Dangerous Goods, IATA, DOT, or regulatory administration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attentive to detail and accurate in the execution of tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
