Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer in Seattle. The role involves analyzing complaints, inquiries, and supporting documentation to determine disposition and ensure policy adherence.

Responsibilities include drafting analyses and memoranda, maintaining case files, and ensuring high-quality written work while managing multiple assignments under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine appropriate disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review, investigative, and compliance-related activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and supporting records within applicable systems.
• Protect sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
