Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, or regulatory case evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in relevant systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather additional information as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work products.
