Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Manager in the United States to implement and maintain OSHA PSM standards and ensure adherence to ATF, DOT, and DHS regulations. The role focuses on site security plans and business improvement standards across manufacturing operations.

You will lead safety and regulatory initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with auditors to minimize risk while optimizing productivity in a high-stakes explosives environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in managing explosives manufacturing regulatory compliance or similar.
• Knowledge of inventory management and audit scheduling/planning.
• Experience with SAP and ERP planning suites desired.
• Working knowledge of OSHA PSM requirements.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure OSHA PSM, ATF, DOT, and DHS regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement site security plans and business improvement standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, improve quality, and safety performance.
• Engage in weekly cross-functional metric reviews and apply RCA/problem‑solving methodologies.
• Interact with auditors/regulators and manage external/internal audit findings and citations.
• Guide regulatory standards and PSM across manufacturing operations.
• Lead initiatives to reduce site risk and control costs while complying with regulations.
