Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years auditing or data analysis in insurance.
• Experience leading SIU or regulatory/compliance teams preferred.
• Experience with claims processing and provider contracts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Government Programs SIU team operations to meet regulatory and contractual goals.
• Leads staff recruitment, training, and performance development.
• Develops and enforces audit and investigation policies and procedures.
• Maintains relationships with internal departments and external partners for compliance.
• Supports law enforcement and legal teams on fraud investigations.
