Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager in Nashville, TN (Hybrid). The role oversees the Government Programs SIU team, including claims data review, audits, and investigations, to meet regulatory and contractual goals. Requires strong leadership and analytics skills.

You will develop policies, mentor staff, and partner with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliant operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, criminal justice, finance, healthcare management or a related field.
• Seven years auditing or data analysis experience in insurance preferred.
• Three years leadership experience; SQL/ACL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Govt Programs SIU team, including claims, data review, audits and investigations.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to achieve department goals.
• Develop and enforce policies for audits and investigations.
• Prepare departmental reports and analyze business processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
