KB Search Team seeks a Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory efforts across products and business functions. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days on-site each week in the Detroit area.

The role manages a team of regulatory professionals, guides audits, reporting, and compliance program development, and partners with operations, finance, quality, and commercial teams. You'll influence strategy, stay ahead of changing regulations, and drive process improvements while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of regulatory, compliance, or quality experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading professional teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance programs, and audits.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong business sense and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
