Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, seeks a Regulatory Compliance professional to join the Regulatory Affairs team remotely in the United States. Full-time schedule, Mon–Fri, with 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm options.

The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance for health products, reviewing claims, and guiding product development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in regulatory/biological fields and 5+ years in the food/regulatory space, with deep knowledge of ingredient qualification,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in regulatory-related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the food and dietary supplements regulatory environment.
  • Deep understanding of product composition, ingredient qualification (e.g., GRAS, NDI), and labeling regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with US regulations and internal policies for health products.
  • Review and analyze substantiation of health claims, structure/function claims, and ingredient qualifications.
  • Communicate regulatory concerns clearly to cross-functional teams and develop effective strategies.
  • Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for innovative product claims and support new product development.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to join their team. As a Regulatory Compliance specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting product development and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Compliance
Location: REMOTE
Full-time; Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm or 8am - 4pm
Pay Range: 42 W2
What's the Job?
