Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory and financial crime compliance at MAS SFA-regulated entity.
• Experience supporting regulatory license applications and major change programs.
• Knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules and notices.
• Experience drafting regulatory submissions, governance papers, and documentation.
• Strong program management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end CMS license application workstreams with logs, dependencies, and blockers.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, governance materials, and MAS follow-up responses.
• Draft Singapore-specific compliance policies and governance documentation aligned with MAS.
• Strengthen AML/CFT and sanctions controls under MAS rules and guidelines.
• Prepare materials for senior management, the Board, auditors, and regulators.
• Track regulatory commitments and remediation actions, ensuring timely closure.
• Support regulatory inspections and information requests with accurate responses.
• Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for stakeholders.
