Amentum is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join the CommOps team in the UK-based nuclear program. You will coordinate regulatory and compliance activities, liaise with engineering, operations, contractors and project stakeholders, and help ensure governance and safety standards are met throughout commissioning readiness.

The role emphasizes influencing, communication, and collaboration to align regulatory requirements with project delivery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant subject e.g. Business Administration.
• Experience supporting project coordination and delivery in a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

Responsabilités

• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across project teams, operational organisations, contractors, regulatory and licensing functions to support successful commissioning outcomes
• Supporting the coordination of regulatory and compliance activities, ensuring commissioning arrangements align with governance requirements and industry best practice
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify challenges, manage risks and implement practical solutions
• Supporting the delivery of CommOps programmes by facilitating communication, coordination and alignment across multiple workstreams
• Providing guidance within the CommOps environment, promoting high standards of regulatory safety, quality and performance
• Supporting the monitoring progress, compliance and readiness activities to ensure commitments are delivered effectively and safely
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned to strengthen future performance
