Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to support the Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance and lead specified compliance activities across the business. You will develop nutrition labeling for US and international products and review packaging to meet FDA standards.

This onsite role in Stratham, NH requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply to ensure accurate regulatory information and timely approvals for launches and changes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA food regulatory requirements and labeling rules.
• Experience interpreting federal and state regulations for new products.

Responsibilities

• Support senior regulatory compliance leadership and lead regulatory assessments.
• Coordinate labeling, nutrition, and claims compliance for launches and changes.
• Maintain and improve the finished goods specifications library for internal teams.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure timely regulatory guidance and risk mitigation.
• Advise on compliance for raw materials and international regulatory requirements.
