Lindt & Sprüngli in Stratham, NH is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support the Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance and provide day-to-day leadership for assigned compliance activities across the business to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards. This onsite role focuses on nutrition labeling for US/Canada and other markets as needed.

• Knowledge of FDA food regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Strong understanding of labeling, ingredients, and allergens.
• Detail oriented with high attention to accuracy.
• Excellent record keeping and documentation.
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory assessments for new product launches.
• Review labels and packaging for compliance with FDA standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Purchasing, Manufacturing and other functions.
• Maintain and improve the PLM regulatory data and finished goods specs.
• Support local and global teams during regulatory changes and updates.
• Represent Regulatory Compliance in New Product Development initiatives.
