Job summary

GLI in Lakewood, NJ or Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Technical Compliance Engineer to join the Technical Compliance team. You will bridge Delivery teams and regulators, review test results, and assist regulators with updates on regulations and internal controls.

This role focuses on maintaining knowledge of industry standards, developing procedures, and drafting regulatory correspondence. Travel up to 10% and an in-office work model are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a technical field is required.
• Experience in Gaming, Lottery, and Tribal environments preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Delivery teams and regulators; review test results.
• Work with regulators to understand needs and assist with updates on regulations and internal controls.
• Evaluate documentation related to submissions and testing.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain internal procedural documentation, coversheets, forms, and test scripts.
• Assist in generating correspondence for new technology or regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Senior Compliance on regulatory technical matters.
• Communicate regulatory issues clearly to colleagues and document root causes.
• Handle quality reviews of draft certification reports.
• Provide input on development of technical standards.
• Write correspondence to regulatory agencies clearly.
