Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive consultation on regulatory compliance risk assessment, remediation, monitoring, research and reporting.
• Assist financial services clients to develop and strengthen their compliance management system.
• Identify regulatory gaps and associated risks and propose solutions.
• Present information to boards, audit or supervisory committees, and management.
• Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing for federal consumer regulations.
