Job summary

You will conduct regulatory testing, apply a consultative approach to strengthen compliance management systems, and communicate complex results clearly. About 20% travel to client sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.
• Knowledge and experience in lending.
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate with technical and business partners and executive management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• About 20% travel to client positions within the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going consultation regarding regulatory compliance risk assessment, remediation, monitoring, research, interpretation, change management, education, and board reporting.
• Assist financial services clients to develop and strengthen their compliance management system.
• Provide compliance expertise and solutions to identifying regulatory gaps and associated risks.
• Present information to the board, audit or supervisory committee, management, and business lines.
• Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing for federal consumer compliance regulations.
