Job summary

Nevada Donor Network seeks a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in Las Vegas to monitor and analyze regulatory developments and lead internal audits. You will support CAPA plans, ensure compliance with state, federal and accrediting standards, and maintain quality management systems.

You will develop audit schedules, document findings, perform effectiveness checks, and assist with external audits. Strong knowledge of QA practices and vendor qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in physical sciences or quality studies.
• Four to six years of auditing experience in regulated industry.
• ASQ certification preferred; certification must be obtained within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits per the established audit schedule to ensure compliance with state, federal and accrediting agency regulations and NDN SOPs.
• Assist with development and implementation of CAPA plans and effectiveness checks.
• Maintain and document audit findings, and ensure timely closure of CAPA responses.
• Monitor changes in legislation and accreditation standards affecting operations.
