You will partner with regulators and the internal team to strengthen controls and reporting across US markets. The US base salary range for this full-time role is 56,000.00 USD - 70,000.00 USD, with bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in market regulation or compliance.
• Familiarity with case management and market surveillance tooling is preferred.
• Interest in prediction markets or financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day trade practice surveillance and support onboarding of new customers.
• Assist with regulatory filings to the CFTC promptly and accurately.
• Review and update exchange policies for compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC rules.
• Identify and escalate potential trade practice violations as required.
• Collaborate with the regulatory team on investigations and reporting.
• Monitor market participation and relevant news affecting exchange contracts.
• Provide rotation coverage during market hours for surveillance.
