Job summary

Merck invites students to join the Future Talent Program as Regulatory CMC interns for Summer 2027. You will contribute to development and lifecycle management of products impacting patients worldwide within the Regulatory CMC organization.

This internship spans biologics, small molecules, vaccines, and drug-device products, with opportunities to advance regulatory innovation through digital solutions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in regulatory science, pharmaceutical science, pharmacy, chemistry, biomedical or related fields.
• Have completed at least 2 years undergrad or 1 year of graduate by June 2027.
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 consecutive weeks beginning in May or June 2027.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory CMC strategy and global submissions.
• Assist health authority interactions and regulatory compliance activities.
• Contribute to post-approval regulatory strategies and cross-functional collaborations.
• Gain exposure to development, manufacturing and regulatory organizations.
