You will oversee IRB submissions, FDA filings, and regulatory activities, while leading Research Assistants and training them to support project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of healthcare or clinical experience with regulatory familiarity.
• Regulatory coordination or research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit IRB documentation to protect human subjects.
• Coordinate FDA submissions and regulatory filings.
• Lead Research Assistants on task-based work and training.
• Prioritize and schedule workflow to support project objectives.
