Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Research Coordinator to prepare and submit regulatory documentation, including IRB and FDA submissions, ensuring human subjects protection. The role will lead Research Assistants, set priorities, and manage workflow to support research objectives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (preferably in science/healthcare/regulatory field) and at least 2 years of healthcare or research regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science, healthcare, pharmacy, or related field; or significant experience in research coordination/regulatory work
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, research or clinical setting with regulatory compliance familiarity

Responsibilities

• Prepare, facilitate, coordinate, and submit documentation required by federal, state and local regulations and institutional requirements relating to research
• Prepare submissions to IRB and FDA (investigator 1572 forms, INDs, device submissions, etc.)
• Lead the work of Research Assistants, provide on-the-job training, set priorities and schedule workflow
