Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group is hiring for a regulatory change and compliance risk role within Enterprise Compliance Office. You will apply regulatory expertise to design, execute and govern firmwide change management processes, collaborating across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, judgment, and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable program needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance or risk management in financial services or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with issue management or internal control frameworks.
• Experience with quality assurance or 2LOD review and challenge.
• Strong understanding of Compliance mandates and Operational Risk.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of regulatory change management processes.
• Influence staff at all levels to drive change.
• Align and evolve strategy for regulatory changes.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize plans and manage volumes.
• Oversee consistency across divisions and identify improvements.
• Participate in projects for horizon scanning and vendor content governance.
• Support regulatory change governance routines across the Firm.
• Identify automation opportunities for streamlined processes.
• Represent Compliance in remediation efforts.
