Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year of professional or supervisory experience in writing/evaluating for compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience; substitutions allowed.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute education.
• Advanced knowledge of underwriting laws, rules, policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Access the Data Warehouse to query data and create charts in Hyperion or Excel.
• Study risk classifications and complete research projects on the classification plan.
• Write research papers with clear, well-documented recommendations.
• Present recommendations to internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Respond to executives and staff on research questions and rule interpretation.
