Job summary

Boston Hale is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a Practice Innovation & Knowledge Attorney to its central innovation team. This is a non-practicing, non-billing role for a qualified attorney with substantive regulatory experience who wants to apply that legal background to AI, legal technology, knowledge management and the transformation of legal service delivery.

Qualifications

Approximately five years or more of legal experience with substantive regulatory work.
Experience at a leading U.S. or international law firm preferred.
Strong understanding of AI, legal technology and workflow improvement.
Experience with implementing AI or legal tech in regulatory practice.
Ability to work with partners, attorneys, and business services teams.

Responsibilities

Understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities in regulatory practice.
Develop AI-enabled workflows across research, analysis, drafting, investigations and due diligence.
Assess and implement legal AI tools in regulatory workflows.
Run pilots and define success criteria for innovative projects.
Deliver training and workshops on new AI and tech to attorneys.
Collaborate with vendors and internal tech teams to translate needs into solutions.
Support adoption and knowledge management initiatives.
