Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support global regulatory compliance across current and future markets. The ideal candidate translates technical regulatory requirements into clear guidance as products, markets, and regulations evolve.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory, you will manage regulatory documentation, monitor legislation, support EPR registrations, maintain Product Information Files, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure MoCRA and EU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, biological sciences, or cosmetic science regulatory affairs.
• 2+ years in regulatory affairs for cosmetics or personal care.
• Experience with MoCRA and EU cosmetics regulations preferred.
• Strong documentation and records management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Remote-first with a healthy work-life balance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory strategy to maintain product compliance in the US and international markets.
• Collect, review, and maintain regulatory documentation and Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Assist with claims review and product substantiation guidelines.
• Monitor international regulatory legislation and certification processes.
• Support cross-functional teams with documents and regulation guardrails.
• Assist with EPR registrations, assessments, and reporting needs.
• Maintain regulatory archives and product registration databases.
• Help develop SOPs that support regulatory function.
• Address regulatory questions from internal and external partners.
• Ensure products meet current and future regulatory requirements, including labeling.
• Serve as a regulatory resource throughout the product lifecycle.
