Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking a Director, Quality & Regulatory to lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and drives strategic quality programs across domestic and international product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory affairs or related field.
• 10+ years leading quality assurance and/or regulatory affairs for consumer products with QMS development.
• Experience defining quality standards and managing product validation and testing.
• Experience with global supplier base, audits, supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality and regulatory strategy, set departmental goals and manage budget.
• Lead and mentor QA and regulatory teams, fostering a culture of quality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, legal, and customer experience.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS and document control systems.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee supplier audits, acceptance criteria, and remediation of quality issues.
• Lead product safety programs and manage safety certifications and testing.
• Maintain regulatory files and coordinate submissions; monitor regulatory changes.
