MANSCAPED® seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support global regulatory compliance for cosmetics, personal care, and related products. You will translate complex rules into clear guidance as markets evolve and work with cross-functional teams to secure registrations and certifications.

You will maintain regulatory files, assist with product substantiation, and monitor evolving regulations across the US and international markets, aligning with MANSCAPED’s expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory affairs experience, cosmetics/personal care preferred.
• Hands-on in global regulatory compliance docs including MoCRA, EU 1223/2009, state regs.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage regulatory files.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory strategy for US and international markets.
• Collect, review, and maintain regulatory docs and Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Assist with claims substantiation and regulatory-review processes.
• Monitor international regulatory changes and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory guardrails.
• Assist with EPR registrations and reporting requirements.
• Maintain regulatory archives and product registration databases.
• Help develop SOPs to support regulatory functions.
• Answer regulatory questions from internal/external partners.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements for current and future markets.

Who We’re Looking For -Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory, MANSCAPED® is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialistto support global regulatory compliance across current and future markets. This role will help ensure MANSCAPED® products — including cosmetics, personal care formulations, grooming tools, electrical/electronic products, batteries, accessories, and packaging — meet applicable registration, labeling, documentation, certification, claims substantiation, and post‑market compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is able to translate technical regulatory requirements into clear guidance as products, markets, and regulations evolve.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of regulatory strategy to maintain MANSCAPED product compliance across the US and international markets
• Collect, review, and maintain regulatory documentation (testing reports, ingredient documents, raw material, product specifications, SDS, and certifications) and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs)
• Support the reviewal process for claims and product substantiation guidelines
• Stay abreast of international regulatory legislation, guidelines, and certification processes, and assist with ongoing regulation monitoring
• Support cross‑functional teams regarding documents, regulation guardrails, and internal processes
• Assist with registration, assessments and reporting needs for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
• Maintain regulatory archives, and product information and registration databases
• Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support the regulatory function
• Assist with regulatory‑related questions from internal and external partners
• Help ensure products meet regulatory requirements for current markets and future markets tied to MANSCAPED’s global expansion roadmap, including labeling considerations
• Serve as a regulatory resource throughout the product lifecycle, translating technical requirements into clear guidance as products, markets, and regulations evolve
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science Regulatory Affairs or related field
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the cosmetics, personal care, beauty, or consumer products industry. Hands‑on experience with supporting global regulatory compliance documentation including MoCRA, EU (EC1223/2009), and other related state and international cosmetics regulations is preferred
• Strong documentation skills, with experience organizing and maintaining regulatory files and records
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Technical curiosity and process‑driven mentality
• Collaborative, resourceful, and ability adapt to an evolving atmosphere
