Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to interpret global regulations and support new product development while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Regulatory Team and stakeholders to provide regulatory perspectives on initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in regulatory affairs or related fields, knowledge of GHS, and experience with SDS and label generation. It offers engagement in cross-functional teams and opportunities to support paint regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science fields is required.
• 3+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, or EHS.
• Experience with paint or chemical processing is desirable.
• Able to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate Hazard Communication documents, SDS and product labels for NA paints and coatings.
• Monitor changes to VOC regulations in US/Canada and share updates with the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and represent the company in industry groups.
