Job summary

You’ll manage submissions, monitor evolving regulations, and advise on formulation changes while partnering with internal experts to safeguard product safety and efficacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance.
• Degree level education in a scientific field.
• Experience with REACH, CLP and EU Flavoring Substance approvals.
• Competent in Microsoft Office; familiarity with other systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Treatt’s products comply with regulations for target regions.
• Stay up to date with national and international legislation and guidelines.
• Develop and present regulatory arguments for new product registrations.
• Collect and evaluate scientific data from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with internal and external specialist resources.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Manage inspections and provide input for formulation changes.
• Present regulatory insights to senior management as needed.
