Merck & Co. seeks a Sr. Specialist, Regulatory Affairs - Power Platform Solutions Specialist to provide hands-on application support and configuration for the country regulatory requirements management platform built on Power Platform.

You will engage with users, document requirements, and help deliver approved improvements under technical guidance of the Platform Architect. The role covers configuring Power Apps and Power Automate, maintaining Dataverse, and supporting testing, data checks, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Power Platform training or certification is preferred; an advanced degree is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with users to clarify issues or requests, understand current processes, and confirm outcomes.
• Document requirements, steps, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with System Operations Lead and technical team.
• Configure and update Power Apps forms, views, and UI components per approved requirements.
• Maintain Dataverse tables, views, and basic business rules; support access requests.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows, approvals, and notifications.
• Support development, testing/UAT, and production release activities with proper change control.
• Maintain release notes, test results, and change records.
