Merck in North Wales, PA seeks a Sr. Specialist, Regulatory Affairs – Power Platform Solutions Specialist to provide hands-on application support and configuration for the regulatory requirements platform.

You will work within Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety, configuring Power Apps and Power Automate, and collaborating with users and technical leads. As part of the Platform Team, you will document requirements, support testing, maintain release notes, and help drive usability

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in business application support or related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring Power Apps and building Power Automate flows.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse tables, forms, views, and rules.
• Experience documenting user needs, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Ability to reproduce routine issues and escalate when needed.
• Experience supporting data maintenance and data quality activities.
• Experience testing application changes and recording results.

Responsabilités

• Engage with users to clarify issues, gather requirements, and specify outcomes.
• Configure and update Power Apps forms, views, and UI components.
• Maintain Dataverse tables, fields, and basic business rules.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and notification processes.
• Support release activities and post-release checks across environments.
• Document changes, testing results, and user guidance.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and global technical partners.
