Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Regulatory Affairs Intern to join the Baltimore team for an 11-week, full-time program. The internship runs June 1, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with paid compensation and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

You will gain hands-on experience with NGS regulatory topics, including US and EU submissions, and work alongside a dedicated regulatory team. Mentorship and exposure to Labcorp culture are emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Genetics or Regulatory.
• Interest in genetics, regulatory affairs and next generation sequencing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review literature protocols and confirm data sources.
• Conduct literature reviews on NGS market and related technologies.
• Research genetic variants with potential clinical significance for therapies.
• Learn US and global medical device regulatory submissions requirements.
• Familiarize with NGS technology and device regulations.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and post-market surveillance data reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
