Job summary

Nearmap provides aerial imagery, AI-driven analytics, and geospatial tools. This role leads regulatory strategy for insurance AI and imagery, tracking state actions and liaising with regulators to ensure filings and responses are accurate and timely.

You will collaborate with carriers, product, and sales teams to shape filing-ready product development and ensure correct regulatory positioning across customer segments, while supporting a remote-friendly work culture.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in P&C rate filings or regulatory affairs.
• SERFF expertise and direct regulator interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Nearmap's regulatory strategy for insurance AI and aerial imagery.
• Manage end-to-end rate filings and objection response with state regulators.
• Partner with carriers and internal teams on filing-ready product development.
• Equip sales and customer success teams with accurate regulatory positioning.
