Job summary

FreedomCare LLC is seeking a regulatory affairs professional to join our Compliance team in the United States. The role focuses on managing policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory changes, and coordinating licensing across jurisdictions to ensure ongoing compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare compliance background, experience with contract management and Medicaid applications, and a proven ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with contract management, licensing, or regulatory compliance in healthcare.
• Experience with state Medicaid/Medicare applications or regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate changes in local, regional, national, and international regulations affecting the business.
• Maintain a regulatory strategy aligned with business goals and timelines.
• Lead CHOW applications and state licensure processes for new markets.
• Oversee contract drafting, review, renewal, and documentation across contracts and licensing.
