Job description

Join to apply for the Regulatory Affairs Analyst role at Maker's Pride.

The Regulatory Affairs Analyst is responsible for coordinating and ensuring all Maker's Pride finished product specifications are populated, published, and filed accurately and timely, in accordance with project expectations.

Job Duties
  1. Review, update, coordinate, publish, and file finished product specifications.
  2. Support food safety and quality functions across enterprise systems including SAP, customer portals, TraceGains, and Product Vision.
  3. Enter raw material data into Product Vision for regulatory, ingredient, and nutritional analysis as needed.
  4. Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to gather information, ensure compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
  5. Coordinate the publishing and filing of finished product specifications as the quality representative.
  6. Utilize quality strategies and priorities to drive initiatives.
  7. Coordinate resources from multiple functions for information integration into specifications.
  8. Articulate project impacts to the organization effectively.
  9. Assist the regulatory team with additional tasks, special projects, and backup duties as needed.
  10. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
  11. Comply with safety, health, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of & Required Competencies
  • Understanding of Maker's Pride procurement, products, and production processes.
  • Experience with SAP, TraceGains, Excel, PowerPoint.
Skills

  • Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication in English.
  • Ability to work over 40 hours/week if needed.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Problem definition, data collection, and conclusion drawing.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence.
  • Work well under stress, meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in keyboarding, record-keeping, and follow-up.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
Proficiency

MS Office Suite and SAP.

Work Environment
  • Maintain harmonious relations across departments and management levels.
  • Communicate effectively with all employees and management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in Data Entry, Technical Product Documentation.
  • 1-3 years in Regulatory Affairs, R&D.
  • Experience with GMPs, HACCP.

The salary range is $58,962 - $88,444/year, based on location, experience, skills, and education. Benefits include health, dental, 401k, wellness, starting from day one. This complies with relevant pay transparency laws. Maker's Pride is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
