HonorHealth is seeking a Regulatory Accreditation Program Manager to oversee federal certification, state licensure, and accreditation compliance across the network. The role, based in Osborn Medical Center, requires collaboration with AVP Regulatory/Accreditation and leadership in education and performance improvement.

Responsibilities include leading clinical regulatory teams, preparing for surveys, and driving PDSA-based improvements across facilities.

Competenze

• Master's degree preferred with leadership in regulatory programs.
• RN, Pharmacy or advanced healthcare degree pursued is common.
• Experience coordinating accreditation surveys and ISO processes.

Mansioni

• Provides operational support and management for federal certification and accreditation compliance.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive regulatory programs and educates leadership and staff.
• Leads improvement initiatives and coordinates corrective actions with Quality staff.
• Facilitates education programs on regulatory processes and performance improvement.
• Acts as network clinical lead for ISO internal audit scheduling and reporting.
