Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to support Power Sports Products (PSP) new model development by integrating upcoming regulations into planning. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure early compliance, identify regulatory risks, and develop contingency strategies while reporting updates to leadership.

The role involves managing regulation updates, enabling communication between development teams and regulatory bodies, and supporting risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Familiarity with powersports market and project management.

Job description

Role: Support Power Sports Products (PSP) New Model Development by integrating upcoming regulations into planning. Collaborate with project teams to ensure early compliance, identify regulatory risks, and develop contingency strategies. Create and implement compliance plans, monitor regional regulations, and report updates to leadership. Work with regulatory offices and industry advisory boards to stay informed on global trends, supporting engineering responses.

Responsibilities: Manage regulation updates, facilitate communication between development teams and regulatory bodies, develop tools for compliance tracking, and support regulatory risk assessments. Provide planning data for new model launches and maintain schedules. Ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into development processes and support contingency planning.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years of related experience (regulatory compliance preferred), knowledge of powersports market, project management skills, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.

Working Conditions: Travel occasionally, primarily desk work with some physical activity, and overtime based on project needs.
