Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Somerville, NJ to support Johnson & Johnson in a regulated distribution environment.

You will handle picking, packing, receiving, cycle counting, put away and shipping, using Blue Yonder WMS and related warehouse tech, while maintaining safety standards and quality processes. A High School Diploma and 6 months of regulated warehouse experience are preferred, with willingness to learn forklift operation and join a cold chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a GxP or regulated warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder.
• Willing to learn, work in a cold chain (2-8°C) environment and become forklift certified.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and committed to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, receiving, cycle counting, put away and shipping of inventory.
• Maintain effective relationships with distribution and customer service teams.
• Follow regulatory and safety procedures while operating warehouse technology and equipment.
• Achieve proficiency and compliance with all SOPs and company policies in qualified areas.
• Operate systems such as Blue Yonder WMS, ship lines, labelers, material handling equipment and manifest systems.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in team meetings and support quality management initiatives to improve warehouse processes.
