Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Risk Manager within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) domain to lead the First Line outsourcing risk program for regulated entities.

The role requires hands-on experience conducting risk assessments under CSSF 22/806, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, FCA SYSC, MAS, and similar regimes, and will partner with Legal, Transfer Pricing, Information Security, and BI teams to ensure robust governance and compliant vendor management across Amazon Payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance program management or risk.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• 3+ years in outsourcing risk for financial institutions under CSSF 22/806, EBA, DORA, MAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead First Line risk management for outsourcing between Amazon entities and external vendors.
• Own annual risk assessments and approvals with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec.
• Maintain intragroup contracts with Legal and Transfer Pricing.
• Identify risks and define mitigations with KPIs and timelines.
• Create audit-ready documentation for Compliance functions.
• Collaborate with BI teams to build reporting and establish KPI escalation.
• Support regulatory notifications for new entity launches and onboarding.
• Drive process improvements via standardization and automation.
• Foster a culture of compliance with on-site stakeholder engagement.
