DXC US is seeking an IT Project Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. The candidate should have direct IT Technical Project Management experience, including creating and managing project plans, analyzing requirements and documentation, securing stakeholder buy-in, managing project budgets, mitigating issues and risks, and maintaining project communication and follow-up. An understanding of Network and Systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions, is required. The candidate should have demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects with durations ranging from 1 to 12 months. Strong communication skills for concise, written summaries of potential issues or risks are essential. Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies for project delivery is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact
• Translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Define and manage project schedules, resources, and delivery commitments
• Manage Scrum standup meetings
• Set up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
• Perform data collection and analysis using MS Excel
• Conduct weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams for successful outcomes
• Create and update project status reports for management review
• Mitigate and manage project risks and issues

Skills

Must have

• Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience in IT Technical Project Management
• Experience in project plan creation, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, budget management, issue and risk mitigation, and project communication
• Understanding of Network and Systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions
